In 2025, RJK Dynamics was founded by three friends—Ryan, Johnson, and Kevin—with a shared passion for cars and grassroots motorsports. Whether you're building a daily driver, preparing for the track, or chasing your next personal best, we're here to help you reach your goals
Ryan
Mr. "What's It Called," CEO — Crocs and Joggers On Deck, Always
Ryan's love for cars started early, fueled by shows like Top Gear and Speed Racer: The Next Generation, along with countless hours behind the wheel in NFS, Forza, and Gran Turismo. Watching his dad work on cars growing up planted the seed for his own passion for turning wrenches. At 15, with the help of his supportive parents, he got his first car—a salvage-title 9th gen Honda Civic EX Coupe. It wasn't exactly a sports car, especially with the CVT, but it became his crash course in modifying cars: cheap Aodhan wheels, a slammed stance, and a straight-piped exhaust, just like everyone else at the time.
As Ryan gained more financial stability, his focus shifted toward function-built cars and track-oriented events. He credits his COO, Johnson, for convincing him to attend his first track day—which ended with a completely. Ryan and CFO Kevin had already been building cars together for years after meeting through the car meet and stance scene, and eventually, one question changed everything: what if we turned what we love into a real career?

Johnson
Mr. Gearhead and Track Zaddy, COO
Johnson’s passion for cars started at a young age, from collecting Hot Wheels to watching The Dukes of Hazzard and seeing an orange Dodge Charger fly across the screen. Since his first track day in 2016, that passion has grown into years of hands-on experience working on his own cars, helping friends with their builds, and participating in multiple track days.
That experience has given him a practical understanding of both how cars work and what it takes to prepare them for the track. He has developed a relentless curiosity about how every part of a car works, how those components work together, and how the right techniques can make a difference behind the wheel.
Johnson has come to appreciate that there are many different ways to enjoy cars, whether you're into stance, show cars, off-roading, or motorsports, we all share the same passion—just expressed in different ways.
As the “J” in RJK, Johnson takes the lead on service and installation work, bringing that same passion and hands-on approach to every car RJK works on.
Kevin
Mr. Financial Advisor, CFO
Kevin’s passion for cars began with the show Transformers: Cybertron, where his favorite character, Hot Shot, embodied everything he loved about speed and racing.
He earned his driver’s license at 17 in 2016 and soon began building cars in his own garage. His journey initially started in the stance scene, where he explored camber, air suspension, and clean, detailed interiors. During this time, Kevin developed a deep knowledge and appreciation for the automotive world.
From 2021 to 2023, he stepped away from the car scene to focus on life and his career. By 2024–2025, Kevin made his return—this time entering the track community.
After just a few track sessions, he quickly developed what he jokingly calls an “addiction” to the track. The thrill of pushing the car, improving his driving, and chasing faster lap times left him wanting more. What started as a childhood passion for speed has evolved into a true love for the track and the pursuit of becoming a better driver.
As the “K” in RJK, Kevin takes the lead on all paper work, including scheduling, finances and on occasion saying no to Ryan’s ideas.
